Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator (Logistics) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of goods through the supply chain while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to manage day-to-day logistics activities, resolve issues, and maintain excellent service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including shipment planning, transportation, and distribution.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Oversee inventory movement and stock levels across warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring accuracy in stock reports.
  • Prepare and verify necessary shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve any logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and implement solutions that improve efficiency.

Supply Chain Coordinator (Inventory Management)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator (Inventory Management) to join our team. Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demands. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, production and in-transit at global warehouses (US, UK, Denmark, Japan, Brazil, China).
  • Perform regular cycle counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain records of all inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate with the procurement & logistics team to manage inventory supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in analyzing sales trend, collaborate with Marketing Team to identify sales plan and prepare forecast
  • Review of forecast versus sales performance and record deviations each week

In this role, you will assist in maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting inspections and quality testing of products to ensure they meet predefined standards.
  • Gather and analyze quality data, preparing reports that highlight trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, inspection reports, and testing results.
  • Work with product development team to draft Production Specification Sheet and Quality Assurance Standards as per industry practices
  • Assist in identifying and investigating product defects or failures, supporting corrective action initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure quality is embedded in all stages of the supply chain.
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints related to product quality and ensure proper documentation.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role (internships or co-op experience welcome).
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or similar.
  • Basic understanding of quality inspection tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Office Assistant (Administration)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant (Administration) to support our administrative operations. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including clerical duties, scheduling, data entry, and assisting with day-to-day office functions.   • Assist with general office dutie, and managing correspondence.
  • Input and maintain accurate records in company databases and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, managing the calendars of senior management as required.
